Small public service announcement today that is unlikely to rock anyone’s world… but the title of this newsletter is changing.
If you’re in the overwhelming majority of folks who weren’t even aware this newsletter had a name (it’s called The Climate Shift), you’re forgiven – it’s not mentioned in many places aside from it’s landing page and a handful of other spots, mostly on my website.
In any case, it’s now having a shift of its own to being called The Climate Soloist.
As someone who’s been a solo creative since the dawn of time, my focus has recently narrowed in on mentoring other solo creatives to run smarter, simpler, happier businesses (as I talked about a few weeks ago here), as well as using their humble business as a vehicle for climate impact.
Soloists, or folks who run a small team (say 5 people, give or take) are my people. I hear you; I like you; I got some stuff for you. This newsletter will reflect that more and more.
But also… I’ve learnt so much from the creatives who’ve worked with me, it’s humbling. My aim is for this newsletter to become a valuable source of inspiration, practicality, and…I dunno, what is it a source of for you?
(If you answered “nothing”, don’t feel bad about hitting the unsub below – do right by you and find your people 👍).
Otherwise… welcome to The Climate Soloist 🙂
For self-employed creatives, normal business traps are easy to fall into and overcomplicate things - but they’re totally avoidable when flying solo.
Learn how to keep things simple, enjoyable, and climate-smart in around 2 minutes a day by joining The Climate Soloist.
