To answer a question in the buyers mind at that exact point in the buying process? Yep.
To help buyers trust you? Yep.
To show buyers you stand behind your work? Yep.
But one of my favourite reasons happens during the crafting process for you, not the buying process for buyers:
It forces you to define the results that clients can expect.
That’s worth repeating (even though you can just read it again): It forces you to define the results that clients can expect.
Perhaps you haven’t really thought about your work in terms of “results for clients” before, but it can be transformative for your product’s differentiation.
(And spoiler: it doesn’t need to be a money-back guarantee 😉).
