TL;DR: For me, everything is for the kiddos.
So if we know that about 100 people and companies globally are responsible for the bulk of all climate issues, why do we bother with reusable coffee cups and recycling and banning plastic straws?
I don't know the answer, but I think it comes down to your personal values.
Maybe you can't name them, but I'll bet you know what doesn't fit your values.
We won't fix climate change individually.
But I think it's all we can do to be gentle on ourselves while still contributing to a better future for the little folk.
Ultimately, your casting a vote: to do the most climate conscious thing, or... not.
What will you the tell the kiddos when they ask which way you voted?
