Two ways you can integrate a productised offer into your menu of services:
Let’s say you’re a graphic designer, and your projects and clients are almost always different.
In scenario 1 above, and being overly simplistic, you might add something like:
You’d continue doing the custom projects you’ve always done, but for a request that you get often enough, you create a fixed-price offer that you can simply forward people to who make the relevant request to you.
In scenario 2:
Again, that’s being overly simplistic. Scenario 2 could take years (it has for me).
But if life’s currently a bit tricky with all the clients and projects and requests and whatnot, these are two ways to start regaining control of your day and your calendar.
