The big cascade

A really cool thing happens when you create a productised offer:

• Each time you deliver it, your process improves
• You find shortcuts for doing little bits of it more efficiently
• You realise some steps might not be needed, so you trim them
• Or some steps need to move elsewhere in the process, which speeds things up
• As you get better at delivering it, your customer satisfaction goes up
• Resulting in feedback and testimonials you can share
• Which helps you sell more of them
• But you still control your calendar, so to manage the demand you increase the price
• Or add more offers around that first one to meet buyers at different stages
• Because by default, by focusing on just one thing, you’ve found a niche
• (And an ideal buyer)
• Which means you have a specific thing to talk about in your marketing
• Like if you get invited onto a podcast, you can talk about your process, then plug your product at the end
• …all from one productised offer

It takes some focused effort to build one solid offer and not get distracted along the way.
