My quick answer:
At every step of the process, we look at ways to minimise harm, waste, and resources in an attempt to build a more climate-conscious and future-resilient product. For many of my clients, this is their first attempt at this, so the hurdle of building just one product in a climate-smart way first, is more achievable than trying to make their whole business climate-smart. And no, it’s not by buying offsets – we do more impactful stuff than that, while also being careful not to fall into greenwash territory.
