Then again… Leave one ingredient out – cheese, pineapple, or yeast – and someone will probably notice.

So…
It’s worth considering whether your org is in a position to be part of the big collaboration, lest it becomes seen as one of the missing ingredients.
(Initially this felt a little against my “no-doom-and-gloom” promise and almost didn’t send it, but I think a swift kick up the bum every now and then is ok. So this one is for you, fence-sitters and on-the-starting-blockers).
