Mental health diet

If you’re watching your waistline, occasionally you need to “diet” out some harmful food, at least for a while.

I’m finding the same goes for mental health.

As LinkedIn fills up a little more of my day than any social ever really has, there needs to be a way to consume only the healthiest possible content, while trimming the crap.

Here’s the cold-turkey method:

The softer trim-the-calories option is that “Not interested” one above, which still keeps you connected to the person.

Brain capacity is precious – don’t let dorks use it all up.
