Is video the villain?

I'm digital friends with the lovely guys over at Beleaf, a conscious web development company, and have been enjoying co-founder Rob Crabtree's educational LinkedIn posts lately.

One this week was about how video is often cast as a bit of a villain in web development (it chews tonnes of bandwidth which creates emissions) but Rob pointed out that it's more about minimising thoughtless use of video, rather than simply eliminating all your videos.
