Focusing on the most important thing right now can be challenging, especially as a one-person shop with no one else helping to guide priorities.
As I do about once a year, I’m re-reading The One Thing – a phrase I hadn’t noticed on the previous 4 or 5 reads suddenly popped out:
Do fewer things with more effect, rather than more things with side effects.

So many ideas, so many to-do’s… Settling on one idea, and committing to it for a meaningful amount of time feels like saying no to other opportunities.
