Electric cars sure… But planes?

Air travel is a huge global polluter.

Planes are so flipping big, an Airbus A380 – the biggest passenger plane at the moment – can carry over 800 passengers, holds 310,000 litres of fuel (weighing around 250 tonnes) and burns 200 litres per minute.

To think that could be electrified seems like a pipe dream, and right now it kind of is.

But smaller planes actually can be.

Rex Airlines, the Aussie regional and domestic airline, is going to start retrofitting a number of it’s planes with electric motors.

It’s possible that in a handful of years, travelling interstate by plane will have less enviro impact than driving within your own city..!

For self-employed creatives, normal business traps are easy to fall into and overcomplicate things - but they’re totally avoidable when flying solo.
