Creating Digital Assets: A tight process

Your process is the secret ingredient for your digital asset / productised service.

It's the thing that initially tells you "I can make a product out of this", then becomes the thing you can continue to improve, which does 2 other things:

• Boosts your profit: The quicker you get at delivering the thing, the less time it takes - meaning you can choose to deliver more of them, or enjoy the free time (while making the same money)
• Helps make it sellable - if you can use the leverage you create with a tight process, to deliver the thing in a more efficient, reliable, or safe way, you might be sitting on a gold mine.

With BrandPocket, the process reduces what might typically take weeks, or sometimes months, down to just a day. Why it takes weeks or months I'm not sure (but I'd guess that it's something to do with the flakeyness of designers).

The truth is: What BrandPocket does is not that complicated.

Just having a process is already a huge advantage. The process has been improved a handful of times; is always being tinkered with; is critical to delivering the thing even semi-efficiently; and there are a number of big leaps planned assuming customers keep coming.

There's potential to get the process of delivering the chunkiest part of the service down to minutes instead of hours, which again is customer-dependent... but I'm REALLY hoping it gets to that because the toys that can do it look really fun (spoiler, it's not AI).

The "process": It's a bunch of steps you follow so you don't miss anything. It's a game changer, and just by having it, can be one of the key things that makes your digital asset sellable.
