Back around 2019, I got the sense that I needed to transition out of my marketing and design career and into something more climate related.
What I see now – which I wish I realised at the time – is that transitioning an entire career is a pretty huge switch, and the way I was doing it meant it would take several years before it really took.
What I could have tried instead is offering just one service in the new space, while I scaled back on the old one.
