Looking after ourselves, as well as the people we work with, is one of the key factors when looking at your business through a “triple bottom line” lens (a business using a TBL lens seeks to care for or improve people, planet and profit, rather than just profit).
As the year winds down, I know a lot of us are scrambling to get everything done before the break.
But remember this: Life carries on after the holidays. Work will be here when you’re back. Everyone is (hopefully) switching off for a bit.
And we can pick most things up in Jan, or Feb, or whenever you come back to work.
