A hotline for advice and banter

If you’ve ever had weird business questions like:

  • How can I chase late payments without scaring my client away?
  • What process should I follow for creating content?
  • How do I decide what to promote?
  • How can I ask past clients to work with me again?
  • How do I merge all of my ideas under one roof?
  • Should I follow the advice in *this* video?

I run a text-based coaching & accountability service, where you let me know the goals you’re shooting for in the next 1/3/6 months, and I check-in with you a few times a week via text (we also have a video call once a month to discuss and set/reset your goals).

You can ask questions about anything, and I usually reply within a few hours. Handy if you’ve got a meeting in an hour and need to hash out an idea, need a few quick bullet points, or just need the occasional course-correction to keep you focused.

I proactively contact you to remind you of goals you’ve set, which some folks find handy. One client this week: “Busted – I was totally not working on that. Thank you, doing it now!”.

But you can also message me anytime with questions that might be awkward to google, or the advice you’re finding is too generic or not quite specific enough for you, like: “What’s the correct terminology for ongoing work with my current client? I need to chat with them about next steps.”

I called it The Business Hound – it started out as me hounding people to get their sh*t done, but has evolved nicely into a hotline for bouncing business ideas, getting unstuck through the day, and a touch of banter 😀 I have a small handful on the go at a time and there’s space at the moment.

If one video call and a few messages a month isn’t enough, you can opt for a higher plan with weekly calls and a few more messages.

Or… if you’re in the middle of an intense project or trying to wrangle a lot of stuff at once, there’s an option where I check-in with you daily – not for the faint-hearted. I literally check in every single day, with the aim to get things under control so you can scale down to a lower plan again (or cancel).

Working solo can be a lonely space, especially when it’s busy with no-one around to bounce off.

If a little hounding and a little banter sounds good, have a look at the options on The Business Hound page and either sign up there, or shoot me any questions you have.
