Accidentally eco conscious

You might already be doing things that are environmentally responsible, and not even have thought about it.

• Do you buy second-hand clothes?
• Do you grow food in your garden?
• Do you hitch a ride to work with a friend?
• Do you bring your own cup when you buy coffee?
• Do you buy refurbished tech?
• Do you decline a shopping bag when you’ve only bought a few things you can carry?

Find more things like that! There’s a knock-on effect that happens when people around you see you taking the more minimalist approach – it creates “permission” in their mind to do the same.
