There was a quote in yesterday’s email which you apparently couldn’t see (my fault). Rather than explaining it, here’s the whole thing again with the quote this time:
“What’s the business that will put you out of business, and how do you build it first?”
I wish I was smart and rich enough to have an insight like that π
That’s Gary Keller, author of the seriously good and important book The One Thing (if you’ve never heard of it, well worth a look).
My humble guess: The one that will put you out of business is leaner, simpler, easier for customers to understand, and the owner enjoys doing it.
So build that before someone else does.
