ICYMI yesterday, I’m running the One Shiny Object group training again from Feb 21 – March 28.

It stems from this framework:

We’ll be covering the first two pies (Simple Products and Simple Systems) over 6 weeks. The third pie–Simple Stacking–comes after you’ve built your first productised offer.

The first two pies cover:

• A Productised Offer: Create a fixed-price offer from your existing services.
• Untouchable Advantage: Identify the completely distinct and exclusive thing that only you can offer.
• Clear fixed price: Create a price that is both profitable for you, and an ‘easy yes’ for future customers.
• Checklists & SOPs: Create an efficient system for onboarding new clients, delivering your service, and following up after completion.
• Scope & Exclusions: Explicitly define what is and isn’t included.
• Know your Numbers: Calculate a simple and effective pricing strategy.

It’s a lot to cover in 6 weeks… but by the end of March, you’ll have a fully defined product ready to sell (that is if you haven’t already started selling it during the program!).
