Your I.P. done got nicked

If you’re on LinkedIn, you’re probably not aware that you’ve been opted into training its Generative Al robot with your content (unless you’re in some EU regions).

I was pretty miffed when I saw all the LinkedIn posts about it this morning.

If you’re happy for Linkedin to use your content and I.P. for training, you don’t need to do anything.

But you’ve been opted-in by default, and that ain’t right.

So if you want to opt-out, head to LinkedIn:

• Click your little face icon
• Click Settings & Privacy (ironic)
• Click Data privacy (hilarious!)
• Find “Data for Generative Al lmprovement” (sneaky..)
• Switch it to “Off”

Be nice to keep some stuff for ourselves, right?
