It’s a huge ask to change how you price your services.
You’ve likely been doing it one way for a long time, so someone like me coming along and telling you to fix your prices is pretty unlikely to change you, at least not right away (working on it 😉).
I like the analogy of a train moving at 100kms an hour (that’s you) and wanting it to change direction. It’ll take time to gradually slow all that momentum down before it’s possible change direction.
