Meet Danny

Since you're on this page, I can only guess you’re checking my credentials against what I claim to be able to teach - bravo 👏 I’ll cut to the chase.

Prior to becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years in the creative industry:

• Pro since 2000 (started as a designer in a print shop)
• Side-gig-freelancer since 2005 (I worked late for my own clients while working fulltime at agencies and studios across Sydney and the UK)
• Building sellable digital assets since 2008 (created some leverage and passive income)
• Fulltime solo since 2016
• Working from home since long before 2020 :)

What I got:

• Lots of experience running a solo business, both in Australia and in the UK
• A wholistic appreciation of what it takes to run a business while raising a family, or working while travelling, or working from home...
• A proper good system for creating digital assets that:
  • Make your workday easier
  • Earn better profit than working longer hours on big projects
  • Support a climate-first approach in some or all parts of the business
  • Free up time

What I don’t got:

• Good grammar
• Bro marketer ninja powers
• A rags-to-riches success story
• A billion-dollar idea
• The ability to make you rich overnight
• All the answers

My big revelation

After 20 years of running a solo creative business, I realised that I much prefer helping creatives (who honestly, are way better at the creative stuff than I ever was) to become better business owners.

There are lots of people who can teach you to get better at your craft - I want you to be a smarter, happier business owner who's profitable, with lots of happy clients, and lots of spare time.

The other bits

I live in Sydney with my wife and two kiddos, and have previously lived and worked in London, Liverpool and Manchester in the UK.

I truly believe that work, while sometimes stressful, should be way more fun than we have been raised to know. When you work late, how much nicer would it be to be working because you’re loving what you’re doing, rather than just having to pull yet another all-nighter.
