Marketing maths

The more you buy of some things, the cheaper it is per thing – especially with printing.

Eg, for business cards on Vistaprint:

100 cards is 17c per card
250 cards is 8c per card
500 cards (recommended!) is 6c per card
Or a whopping 10,000 cards is only 5c per card.

There’s some no-brainer pricing stuff going on here too – 100 cards is $17… but it’s only $3 more to get 250 cards… or only another $10 to double that to 500 cards.

But if you only hand out 20 cards a year… are any of them really a no-brainer?
