Carbon levels in the atmosphere are measured in ppm (parts per million).
Currently in 2023, it’s at around 418ppm which, according to those what do science, is the highest it’s been in about 3 million years.
350ppm is where we want to be.
There’s a campaign to communicate how much this obscure number has risen over the past century-or-so.
