If so, you’re like 98%* of the world’s organisations. They’re genuinely good values to uphold, but they’re also kinda just table stakes.
It’s like saying “I don’t kick people” or “I obey the law”. That’s awesome, but it’s not brag-worthy. It’s just what’s expected.
