Each year I print a big A1 year planner and plot out where I'd like my work to land, where my holidays will be, and where I have space to run things like workshops or jump into some personal development of my own.
I also drop it into Excalidraw so I can rough-scribble over it while planning, then commit it to the printout once it's locked in.
