Do you have a checklist for all of the services you offer?

As in, a checklist that you check off as you’re delivering the service.

Such as:

Create client folder on Dropbox
Welcome client to studio
Offer them a drink
Briefly explain these 7 things that will happen in the 90 minute photoshoot
Do photoshoot
Plug memory card into computer and download images
Show client all photos have been captured and are in focus
Explain they’ll be ready by 5pm, and you’ll email them a Dropbox link
Call the next day to check they’re happy with the photos
If they’re happy, let them know about your referral program and email them the details
If they’re not happy, offer to (reshoot, re-retouch… whatever your guarantee states)
…and so on.
