Running your own business can be extremely rewarding and sometimes overwhelming.
In between the client delivery, admin, marketing, accounting and emails, there's often very little time to reflect on your goals, set priorities, and clear the to-do list.
You know exactly where you want to get to, and probably have a big list of tasks intended to help you get there... but staying focused on them is challenging.
That is, until you have someone hounding you.
